This gym is everything I asked, for I love the seated hamstring as opposed to standing, I also have the leg press which doubles as a calf exercise. There's just so many different ways you can use it to keep in shape. Besides that they provided a team to put it together for me so I really had nothing to worry about. I just sat back and got ready to work out.

Took about 40mins to assemble, very easy to do. Rides extremely smooth, good display monitor, good handlebar position options. I am 5' 2" have no problem with the design for my height. Very happy with my purchase arrived 8 days after placing my order will definitely use this company again to add to home gym.
Arrived within a reasonable amount of time, easy set up, easy to change seat and handelbar position which works out great since it's the wife and I. Has a nice fine tune spin which is nice and quiet. Very pleased with everything.
A 5 Star product. Delivery was great 5 weeks ago on 4/12, in good condition, very well packed and faster than anticipated. My wife loves it, she gets motion sickness at times on moutain roads. She could only use this treadmill for about 7 minutes the first time but after two weeks she can handle 15 minutes fast walking at 0.9 mph. We need to set up now a screen app for walking so she can concentrate her eyes on a virtual horizon to avoid the dizziness from motion illness. We are seniors, 76 and 73 and are happy to have this treadmill for cold and wet days.
The treadmill is quiet and smooth running, the controls are very precise and progressive from 0.1 to 9 mph. The auto incline works well and allows a much greater workout and is also very progressive and precise. This is ideal for us. The width of the rolling rubber fabric is ideal for walking slow when the feet are wider apart without stepping on the metal frame , this makes it safe and prevents stumbling. Of course when running, the feet are landing in front of each other but when slowing down the feet land more apart the slower we go. This treadmill width is ideal for this transition and prevents stumbling. This treadmill is heavy and feels very stable. We are 125 lbs and 220 lbs. 5ft2 and 5ft10. This machine is ideal for us. It could be fine for someone 250lbs but not taller. Two strong people are needed to move it and put it together which we did in an hour and the lubricated it. Assembly directions are great. It is mostly assembled and unfolds easily. When all screws are in, it does not fold. So this cannot be folded and put away without removing two large screws. I had the impression when I bought it online from the pictures that the handlebars folded down and the treadmill could be tucked away against a wall or even under a bed, this cannot be done so easily unless one is very athletic and willing to take out and put back the screws each time.This is not a problem for us. we have plenty of dedicated space for this treadmill. It is nice to know that if we move in the future, it is so easy to fold it back and put it back in the box which I am keeping for this event. We are slowly downloading the apps and getting into the blue tooth part. We love getting into it!
I'm excited to finally hop on and get my sweat on. The seat is surprisingly comfortable, it does take up a bit of space in my bedroom, but it's definitely worth it for the good it provides to my overall health.
Excellent exercise machine. My mom had a stroke and uses this all the time. It is very easy for her to maneuver, and her feet stay on the pedals because they are large enough!
This is a fantastic treadmill. It was easy to put together and easy to use. It was worth every penny and I would recommend it to anyone who would like to have a very quiet treadmill in your home. I can walk on it at night when everyone is sleeping and no one hears me walking. That’s pretty awesome!
I bought this as an upgrade to a previous treadmill II had which was an under bench type, Well it didn't disappoint.Much more sturdy and larger belt width. Only negative is the display window could be a little bigger. I would recommend this heavy duty machine to all.
I've used this treadmill for two years now. It's built solid as a rock and doesn't show any signs of wear. It was a life saver throughout the pandemic, providing a means of burning calories and staying in shape. Best investment ever.
